Mix-used project designed by gmp Architekten is a part of the emerging modern urban quarter Europacity in an attractive location between the main railway station and historic Nordhafen harbour, near the government quarter in the Berlin-Mitte district. The development consists of an urban block with total gross floor area of almost 33,000 sqm with 52% housing for long-term rent, 34% admin, and the remaining areas for retail and gastronomy.
