About us
JTRE Germany was founded in April 2023 by one of Central Europe’s leading property developers JTRE, based in Slovakia. JTRE entered the German real estate market in 2023 having acquired its first Central Berlin asset for development in the Berlin-Mitte district.
As an urban developer, JTRE shapes a full-value space for life and living – employment, residences, entertainment, leisure, and active relaxation. JTRE’s approach is to responsibly develop cities’ potential by encouraging contemporary architecture and by supporting sustainable urbanisation. Thanks to its unique approach and innovative solutions JTRE creates vibrant neighbourhoods and flourishing places for a high-quality lifestyle.
Founded in 1996, JTRE now has over 300 employees with offices in three countries and broad experience developing and managing a wide range of real estate projects in nine countries, mainly in Central and Eastern Europe, totalling over 1 million sqm with a GDV of over €1.9bn. JTRE’s focus has been on its home city of Bratislava (Slovak Republic), as well as the Czech Republic. In 2018, JTRE entered the UK real estate market. In 2023 JTRE London branch completed it’s first projects – mix-used Triptych Bankside and almshouse Appleby Blue, which received numerous prestigious awards.
JTRE Germany is run by Managing Director Lukáš Sásik. Lukáš joined JTRE as Head of Financing in 2010 and in 2021 became Director of International Operations.
